Ready to Book? Here’s Our Process
Fill out the Plan Your Trip form - We will start the process by having an initial consultation so I can gather insight into the scope of your trip and understand the how & why you’d like to travel. The more details you can share with me, the better I can tailor it specifically to your needs.
I will create a proposal based on our call and then together we will collaborate and discuss your options and decide what will go into the final itinerary. I’m always open to your questions and ideas, and if there's a particular hotel or location you'd like me to evaluate, don’t hesitate to let me know. My planning process is fully customizable and as collaborative as you like.
Once we’ve decided on your customized itinerary, it’s time to book! I will have you complete a credit card authorization and client profile form and advise on when deposits are due and cancellation policies. I’ll make your reservations and reach out to on-property contacts to share your travel details and add in any VIP amenities available.
Bon Voyage! Time to make memories! Before you leave, you will a mobile travel itinerary to access from the device of your choice. We use a web-based, interactive software for itineraries with real-time updates including flight information, hotel confirmations, and daily activities.
During your trip, I will be your travel advocate providing you support during your trip should anything arise. I have a direct line to someone on-property to resolve any issue swiftly and efficiently.
After your trip, I will follow up with you to hear about your experience! Your feedback—whether it's positive, constructive is incredibly valuable. I make a note of what exceeded your expectations and what you could have skipped, so I can continue to refine and enhance your future trips.
