How To Book

Travel Request
  1. Fill out the online travel request form
  2. We will kick off the process by having a complimentary discovery call. I want to know your travel preferences – hotels you like, and what type of trip you envision.
  3. Together we will create an itinerary designed just for you. I will send a proposal outlining options and a list of property-specific benefits.
  4. We will review and discuss to refine and add in any activities (cooking classes, wine tastings, spa treatments), tours and transportation needs.
  5. Once we finalize things, it’s time to fill out the credit card authorization form. I will then make your reservation and contact the resort manager to share your stay details and add in VIP amenities.
  6. Time to enjoy your vacation! Before, during and after your trip, I will be there to help with every detail so you can relax and enjoy what we’ve created.
